I honestly think my vagina smells horrible all the time and I don't know if its in my head... how do I go about fixing this?

The most common reason for odor is a condition called bacterial vaginosis (BV) which represents an imbalance of the normal bacteria in the vagina. BV is very easy to treat but requires you visit your clinician for an exam—also to see if there may a different kind of infection. A rarer reason is if you have forgotten a tampon inside. This happens!
